Consultation Policy

Effective September 1, 2019

This policy is designed to maintain the efficiency of our clinic and to allow us to provide the best possible experience for our patients. We understand that plans can change, and are happy to reschedule your consultation appointment if needed. We simply ask that you provide us sufficient notice so that we can schedule another patient during that time.

CONSULTATION FEE

Dr. Majewski sees new patients on Mondays, with limited availability on Wednesdays and Fridays. There is a $100 consultation fee, which can be applied as a credit towards the purchase of any treatment at Majewski Plastic Surgery in the 12 months following your consultation.

For most cosmetic surgery consultations, half of this fee ($50) will be due at the time of booking, with the remaining $50 due on the day of your appointment. For Botox®/Dysport® or filler consultations, there is a $100 consultation fee, but no deposit is required to schedule.

There is no fee for CoolSculpting® or miraDry® consultations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You will be given a full refund on your consultation fee ($50) if you notify us at least ONE business day ahead of your scheduled consultation.

No refunds will be given for same-day cancellations or no-shows, and fees paid will not apply as a credit for future treatments.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Payment for services rendered will be due on the day of your appointment. If you would prefer to pay off your procedure in monthly payments, ask us about CareCredit®.
